Latvia Puppet theatre encourages the formation of educated, creative and unified society by offering varied and contemporary repertory for children, youth and adults. Using both, traditional and innovative puppetry methods, Latvia Puppet theatre ensures preservation of puppetry traditions and promotes its development.

Repertory of Latvia Puppet theatre includes world and Latvian literature classics, most beautiful fairy tales, performances with favorite characters and contemporary literature. In our rich repertory a suitable performance can find anyone- children, young people and adults. Latvia Puppet theatre actors, directors and artists regularly improve their skills by participating in international projects and cooperating with the best specialists from the field to ensure artistic excellence.

The performances of Latvia Puppet theatre are played not only in our venue, but also throughout Latvia in various venues, schools and kindergartens. Latvia Puppet theatre is the only theatre in Latvia that has two permanent troupes- Latvian troupe and Russian troupe.
