With their hearts, souls, minds and their own hands. Bakery „Laci” working since 1993. The pride of the enterprise is its real rye bread. To bake „Lāči” bread age-old knowledge and skills of masters are being used. Bread is baked of rye-flour of different milling. The process of leavening takes place in wooden tubs.
Leavening is based on natural yeast, bread is being baked in a stove with clay floor, heated with firewood. All these things give bread its special taste and nutritional value. The bread bakery „Lāči” also has confectionery and delicacies. The cozy atmosphere and the smell of fresh bread are tempting to visit the shop and café of „Lāči” where you can taste dishes with rye bread and purchase fresh rye bread and delicacies.
